Company Owned, Dealer Operated (CODO)

For those wanting to operate a profitable gas station business without investing the kind of capital required to buy or build a gas station, the Company Owned, Dealer Operated (CODO) model is ideal. Our CODO channel partners take over the daily operations of a PMG gas station, leasing the business and property and agreeing to buy fuel from PMG exclusively. In exchange, they keep the lion’s share of the profits made from operating the station. This can be an excellent way to get started in the industry and is a great option for people who want to test the waters to see if becoming an Independent Dealer is right for them.

Commission Agent (CA)

For those interested in owning a business without making a major up-front investment, the Commission Agent model is an attractive option. Commission Agents take over operations at a PMG property, though PMG retains the rights to the fuel side of the business. In exchange, a Commission Agent receives a deeply discounted rental agreement, as well as a commission on every gallon of fuel sold at their location. In addition, they have the option to open additional profit centers at the PMG location — businesses whose profits they would keep for themselves — such as quick-service restaurants, convenience stores, and car washes.
